Course is appropriate for those interested in portraiture. Some basic pre-knowledge is required.

Course teaches drawing of basic face proportions with emphasis on line drawing. We shall learn

how to draw the character of the person being drawn. We make a drawing of a live model.

Program:
- Drawing the head (basic proportions)
- drawing specific parts of face
- line art drawing of portrait in different poses
- character of the person being drawn
- shading in portrait (modelling the drawing)

Course duration:
1. 24 hours - 6 weeks, 4x45 minutes per week
2. 32 hours - 8 weeks, 4x45 minutes per week
3. 48 hours - 12 weeks, 4x45 minutes per week
